Whether it is Good or Bad, let companies know how they are doing!

I have learnt you always let companies know when you love a product, and when you are disappointed in a product.... Above are examples of both.

Royale... Well, needless to say we had never purchased Royale, but we had a Coupons... so that is what we picked up, as we were out, and needed it then and there.... I hate it!!  It is crunchy, stiff and the toilet paper holder (brown paper thingy) has fallen apart on every roll... all 48 of them!!  So I told royale... and I got compensated for what I had spent.  I did provide them with the UPC and date stamp... as this could have just been an issues from a certain batch.''

Duncan Hines on the other hand... Was AMAZING!!   I never make boxed cakes, but my son wanted to bake something, and with his lack of experience, boxed is the way to go.  It was the best darn cake I have ever had!  So I told Duncan Hines!... then today... I received a nice surprise in the mail.

So take a moment and tell the companies!  Some are good, so dont' give a flying turtle what you think and never reply... but that too, will help you decide which products are best... For me those that don't even bother replying, loss out on my business for life.  But those that do reply even when I am upset, will get a second chance.  Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
