Who are we?
Food For all Food Bank is a community based organization serving South Grenville to provide food to those in need. We are a registered charity that serves the Town of Prescott and the Townships of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal and Augusta. Our main food bank is located in Prescott with outreach food banks in Spencerville and Cardinal to serve clients with transportation obstacles. In 2009 Food For All Food Bank distributed 59,778 items to clients, 36 % are children under the age of 18. Currently we have 23 infants utilizing our "Baby Shelf Program". This program allows clients to obtain formula, diapers and food for their infants as needed. Our organization gives relief to those in need by providing a food hamper program of approximately 5-7 days worth of food. Food For All Food Bank relies mainly on donations, grants, fundraising and volunteers for operation and programming.

WE ARE IN NEED OF A WALK IN COOLER/FREEZER
Poverty limits the quality of food and forces people to engage in poor dietary choices. Food For All Food Bank has limited storage therefore fresh/frozen food options are not always available. Food safety and handling is always a critical component to food banking.
Currently at Food For All storing frozen/fresh food is operated by outdated freezers increasing our electrical costs and leaving a high carbon footprint. Food For All would like to go "GREEN"and install a high efficiency walk-in cooler/freezer at our Prescott location. Food For All Food Bank is requesting your vote to meet the increasing demand, improve quality of food, reduce carbon footprint and ensure the longevity of our organization for families that rely on us.
Budget The cost for this project is $22,500.00 and Food For All Food Bank is requesting $20,000 to assist with this capital project. Our intent is to fundraise the remaining cost of $2,500.
